CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA.

As soon as the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo únicnico.â€" Elévévase a rênsión de Ley el Decreto Supremo de 3 de novembro de 1939 con The modification of its article 1A ° in the following form:

"ArtA-arse 1A ° .â€" AutorA-zase to the Central Bank of Bolivia to expand to twenty-two million five hundred thousand Bolivians (Bs. 22.500,000) the initial period granted by thirteen million Bolivians, destined for the works of the valley of Cochabamba, according to the plans and studies carried out by the Mexican Commission presided by the Engineer Eligio Esquivel ".".

The Executive Branch shall regulate this Amending Law, in accordance with the Decree Law of 3 November 1939.
