CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAŠBLICA.
Because H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo 1a °. â €"savings of previous efforts total verified by the departmental Treasury of Potosí-, is destined to the construction of the Hotel-Teatro in this capital and payment of indemnities due to Expropiacia³n of urban properties that were necessary."
Arta-culo 2a °. â €"these funds and others that were designed for this purpose, will be n deposited in the Central Bank of Bolivia into special account, and managed by a Committee composed of the prefect of the Department, Mayor, President of the Rotary Club and a delegate of the working classes, the Committee will be advised, in the technical, by the representative of the Directorate General of works public and Municipal engineer.!!"
Arta-culo 3a °. â €"the Committee © Pro Hotel-Teatro convened to proposals for the execution of the works referred to in the Arta-culo 1a °, being entitled to accept or reject proposals, according to law."
