CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA.

As soon as the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†" Those who according to the law of December 3, 1883 are entitled to to consolidate the ownership of the sites or lands that do not belong to them, on which they verified buildings, within the urban radius of the towns, are not obliged to the payment of the so called "rights of siege" or others, nor to the loan of any kind of personal services in favor of the dueA ± os of said .sites and land, who will be able to demand the payment of the compensation to which they are legally entitled.

ArtA-ass 2A °.†". If the owners or owners of the sites and land within the urban radius of the towns, who are hallen-two by third persons, do not claim the payment of the indemnities to which they are entitled, within ten years from the promulgation of this law, they will be understood that they have renounced their rights in favor of the holders

ArtA-arse 3A °.†" The article 2A ° of the law of December 3, 1883, in the sense that the terms of consolidation established in that law will be substantiated in a single instance and summary procedure before the respective Instructor Judges.
