As soon as the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-ass 1A ° .â€ " It is declared of necessity and utility, the expropriation of the houses adjacent to the current Consistorial Palace of Oruro, which they give on the street BolA-var and the Plaza 10 of February of that city, belonging to Farah Sabag, Elena Zamur and ElA-as Readi;
ArtA-ass 2A °.â€ " A part of the expropriated buildings should be used for the road to the BolA-var street, authorising the Council To sell the remaining part to the Central Bank of Bolivia, for the construction of a new building of that entity.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
