As soon as the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†" Any neighbor or owner of farm farm-cola and those who agree, can open road route, no greater than six meters wide and no less than three meters, by age of others, in public service, resenting the value of the occupied zone and compensating for the damages caused and caused, appreciated by experts, or by convention private.
