THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo primero.†" Crate the tax of ten Bolivians (Bs. 10.†") Forty-six kilos, of the minerals of lead, antimony and estaà ± or that occur in the province Cornelio Saavedra, of the Department of PotosA-, destined to the following works:

a) For construction of the following roads carreteros: Betanzos â€" Chaqui; Betanzos â€" Tacobamba; Betanzos â€" Otuyo; Betanzos â€" Pocopoco; Betanzos â€" Machacamarca.

b) For public works in the villages of Betanzos and Chaqui.

ArtA-asculo secondo.†" A Comité de Obras PAºblicas composed of the Subprefect, the Municipal Mayors of Betanzos and Chaqui, the Controller of the Comptroller-a-a and a delegate of the Ministry of Public Works will administer the funds created in the previous article.
