ArtA-ass 2A ° â€ " Both obligations will accrue to the interest of 4% per year.
ArtA-ass 3A ° â€" The resources budgeted by the State Railways and Ordinarily arranged in the purchase of fuel, they are destined to the cancellation of the capital and interests of the loan of $US. 168.519.â€ " to be carried out in the course of the next year. In the Financial Act of 1943, the item necessary to serve the payment of the second obligation shall be entered.
