LAW Nº 23 VICTOR PAZ ESTENSSORO constitutional the President whereas, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress, D E C R E T A: article 1. Be raised to the range of province with the name of? Manuel María Caballero?, the current second section Municipal Comarapa, of the province of Vallegrande, in the Department of Santa Cruz, created by law of November 22, 1886, being its capital the town of Comarapa, as the first section of the new political entity.
Article 2. Is recognizes the title of city with that outside founded the town of Comarapa, the 11 of June of 1615, by identification of 30 of October of 1612.
Article 3. Does the Canton Saipina elevated to rank of second Municipal section of the province? Manuel Maria Caballero?, with its capital the town of Saipina, and Chilon and Oconi, cantons in the extent and boundaries that encompass these cantons.
Article 4. They correspond also to the new province, cantons: San Juan de el Potrero, San Isidro, San Mateo, Pulquina, chapels, Manzanal and turrets.
Article 5. Is create the party Judicial of the province? Would Knight?, with judicial seat in Comarapa, both subsidiaries of the Judicial District of Santa Cruz.
Article 6. Limits of the new province? Would Knight?, are them same of the current second section Comarapa, in which is included the new section Salpina, with its delimitation.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
