CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

Therefore, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. To the Public Works Committee of the capital and provincial Public Works Committee of the

department of Beni, for prefectural, sub-prefectural, municipal and sports, the following departmental character taxes are created:

Bs. 5,000.-for each airfare issued in the Beni district;

Bs. 2,000.-for each river passage (boat) issued by the respective companies;

Bs. 100 per kilo of entrusts dispatched from the Beni in air transport;

Bs. 500.-for each radio conference of the company Serval and other similar companies to be created;

Bs. 200.-for each entry to sports fields, cinemas and theaters;

Bs. 500.-for each bottle of beer interned in the department;

Bs. 100.-for each bottle of fizzy drinks interned in the department;

Bs. 2,000.-per bottle of national drinks (with alcohol);

Bs. 6,000.-per bottle of imported beverages (with alcohol);

Article 2. The above taxes will only be payable for items produced or consumed in the

Beni department and the acts performed on it.

Article 3. All these taxes will be collected by the tax offices and respective companies, and

amount of these monthly collections

be deposited in the Public Works Committee account, in the agencies of the Central Bank of Bolivia and In the absence of these, in the collection offices of the Municipal Treasury of the province, prior to the delivery and audit of the ballots valued.

Article 4. The total amount of these monthly collections will be allocated 10% for the Committees

Departmental and provincial sports, destined exclusively for the improvement and construction of sports fields.

Article 5. The funds collected by way of taxes, according to the article 1 ° of this law, will be

centralized independently, for each of the provinces and invested by the same in autonomous and direct form under control of the Public Works Committee provided by law, according to the following detail:

Cercado Province, centralized funds in the city of Trinidad;

Vaca Diez Province, centralized funds in the city of Riberalta;

Yacuma Province, centralized funds in the city of Santa Ana;

Province Itenez, centralized funds in the city of Magdalena;

Mamore Province, centralized funds in the city of San Joaquin;

Ballivian Province, centralized funds in the city of Reyes;

Moxos Province, centralized funds in the city of San Ignacio;

Marban Province, centralized funds in the city of Loreto.

Article 6. The above taxes will serve as guarantees to cover loans in necessary cases.
