CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

For, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1.- Authorize the Universidad Mayor Real and Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca, a

to hire at any credit institution in the country or abroad, a loan up to the sum of twelve thousand dollars or its equivalent in national currency, destined for the acquisition of the founded Villa Carmen, for the School of Agronomy, with guarantees of its own movable property, real estate and the ordinary resources of its budget. The loan may be partially or fully placed according to your needs.

Article 2.-The operation of any national, departmental or municipal tax is exonerated.
