DECRETA:
ArtA-cult lo. †"The H. National Convention will be installed in the year of August 5, to 15, without ceremonial.
ArtA-ass 2o. †" While the H. National Convention constitutes the powers of the State, the current Provisional Government will continue in the exercise of its functions.
