THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo. †" The Polish Constitution is declared in force of the State of 1945, without prejudice to the reforms that sanction the current Extraordinary Congress in use of the constituent powers that the Decree of its Convocation, issued by the Government Board in October 15, 1946, agrees.
Article 2A °. †" The reforms of the Polish Constitution will be approved in congressional sessions, by simple majority vote.
Communal-be to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
