DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo.†" It will be erected in the capital Sucre, a monument to the patriot Jaime de Zudà ¡ à ± ez, prógócer de la gesta libertador and organizer of nations, by popular subscription based on the allocation of Cien thousand bolivianos that will be recorded. in the National Budget, in the Chapter of State Obligations.
ArtA-culo 2o.†" A Commission pro-Monument to Zudà ¡ ± ez will be organized with the presidency of the Rector of the University and formed by the Prefect of the Department, the Municipal Mayor, the President of the Rotary Club and the Secretary of Government The Federation of Students of Chuquisaca.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
