For how much: The H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECRETA:
Articuulo lo.a€ " AutorA-zase to the Prefecture to obtain at the Bank Central Boilvia or other institutions of credit, an undertaking up to the Amount of Bs. 800,000.†"sum that will be used for the acquisition of a ferry of persons, vehicles and cargo, at the service of the Strait of Tiquina.
ArtA-culo 2o.â€" The said undertaking will be served with the income from the collections by concept of such transshipment.
ArtA-ass 3o. †"Once it is fully covered by the undertaking referred to in the article-article, the income from the exploitation of the ferry will be destined for public works of the province Omasuyos.
ArtA-culo 4o.â€" The Power Executive will regulate this Law.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
