DECRETA:
ArtA-cull lo.†" AutorA-zase al Poder Executive to expand the Consolidated Undertaking of Tarija, in ten million Bolivians (Bs. 10.000.000) for the purpose of the construction of the road sewerage works and the water network of the city of Tarija.
ArtA-culo 2o.†" According to the provisions of Article 73 of the OrgA Law of the Central Bank of Bolivia, the extension financing of the aforementioned credit, will accrue the interest of four percent (4%) and the cumulative amortisation of six percent (6%) annually.
ArtA-article 3o†" The extension authorized by this Law will be guarantee and serve, with the following resources:
a) The surpluses which leave the resources affected by the "Consolidated Law of Tarija 1945", in accordance with the Law of 8 December 1944.
b) The two-and-a-half-percent lien on the venal value of the properties benefiting from Tarija's public sewerage network, from the time such services are made effective.
ArtA-culo 4o.†" The balance that I will throw the enlargement of the Emprustin as referred to in the Law of 8 December 1944, is consolidated in favor of the present enlargement.
ArtA-ass 5o.†" Mantin the limitation of what is referred to in point (a) and the exclusive to which the article 3o refers. of the Law of 8 December 1944.
ArtA-cull 6o.†" The Comit⩠referred to in Article 4 (4). of the Law of December 8, 1944, is amplified-with a person of the Trade Union Federation of Tarija.
Article 7o.†" The General Direction of the ulics will have supersurveillance and control over the works, administration and investment of funds from the sanitary works of Tarija.
ArtA-culo 8o.†" The Central Bank of Bolivia, assume the functions of trustee of the Empralos.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
