ArtA-culo lo.†" SepA ¡ rase el Ministerio de Hygiene y Salubrisidad del de Trabajo y Previsión Social, with the attributions that the Supreme Decree of 12 November 1940, in its Article 4A., and of 6 June 1939; the National Budget should be set out in the National Budget, corresponding to the Ministry responsible for that Portfolio and its Special Secretary.

Article 2o.†" This Law,

Communal-to the Executive Branch for Constitutional Purposes.
