TAXES.†" Any new industry to be established in the Beni and Pando Departments is exempt from the payment of these.

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo†" Any new industry established in the Departments Pando and Beni, for the period of five years since the promulgation of this law, is exempt from the payment of national, departmental and municipal taxes, whatever their concept is except that of personal income.

ArtA-ass 2o.†" The constructions and buildings that, with the same industrial purpose, are to be realized in those departments, are equally released from those taxes, for the same period of time.
