CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" With the responsibility of the State in the National Budget of 1948 and 1949, the sum of five million Bolivians (Bs. 5,000,000,†") , for the payment of compensation to the widowed and minor children of the citizens Luis Calvo, Rubalí Terrazas, FA©lix Capriles, Carlos Salinas Aramayo, Miguel Brito, Humberto Loayza Beltra ¡ n and the military General Ramos, Coroneles, Eduardo Paccieri Blanco, Melitacón Brito and Fernando Garrón, Mayor Eduardo Soto, killed by the authorities in November 1944, and Germà ¡ n Reynaga, a worker leader killed as a result of tortures to which he was subjected in his confinement.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The above sum will be distributed: Two million Bolivians (Bs. 2,000,000,†") in equal parts, among widows; Three million Bolivians (Bs. 3,000,000,†") , also, by equal parts among underage children.

ArtA-ass 3o.†" The White SeA ± ora Paccieri vda. of Moller, sister of Colonel Pacieri, who has no forced heirs and under whose amparo viva-a, will receive the quota share corresponding to one of the children benefited by this law.
