DECCRETA:
ArtA-cull lo.†" As long as a adequate reorganization of the Mining Bank of Bolivia in a way that satisfies the interest of the small mining industry and the general of the paA-s, the Bank is authorized to pay 30% of the value of the items of minerals that are sold to it, in foreign currency, in order to facilitate the acquisition of working materials and other implements intended to intensify exploitation.
ArtA-asculo 2o.†" There are still subsents for the granting of foreign currency made by the previous article, all the control measures that establish our laws for foreign currency traffic.
