LAW Nº 11 VICTOR PAZ ESTENSSORO constitutional the President whereas, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress, D E C R E T A: sole article.-the provisions of articles 36 and 37 of the mining code, will say: article 36.-the publication of the petition and the concession for three successive times with interval of seven days of one insertion to another, be it held in fatal within forty days Computable from the date in which the notary of mines delivered the certified copy.
If by omission of the notary is retardare the publication of the "pedimento", for legal purposes, the term of the publications will be closed ten fatal days after the third inclusion.
Article 37.-in the city of La Paz, published the Official Gazette, every seven days, especially designed to record all requests and auto award of belongings mining, corresponding to all the mining districts of the Republic; having stakeholders to pay the value of the inserts.
Only in the absence of the Official Gazette, the Superintendents may designate a newspaper from the town for mining publications.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
