DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" The moratorium on the payment of bank loans, Cajas Autonomomas, commercial houses and lending institutions for the term of a year in Trinidad and provinces of the Cercado and Marbà n, was declared, extending the benefit of this measure to all farmers and industrialists who have their works established in the RA-or MamorA©, from the confluence of the RA-or Grande to the mouth of the RA-or Yacuma.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The judicial actions that would have been dealt with for the non-compliance of such obligations, by the creditor credit institutions, will be suspended for all the time expressed.

Article 3o†" The moratorium will be governed according to the legal requirements in force.
