CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

EXTRAORDINARY CONSTITUENT CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" According to the provisions of art. 47 of the Constitution of the State, the day of August 6, the Ordinary Congress with the solemnities of style will be inaugurated.

ArtA-ass 2o.†" The Congress, in exercise of the faculties that the Supreme Decree agrees of the convocation of 15 October 1946, maintains its prerogatives of Constituent Assembly during its thirty first sessions for the purposes of study and sanction of the constitutional reforms that it considers convenient, in conformity with the law of 2 of August of this year.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
