By How much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo.â€" Declà vase Duelo Nacional, with closure of public and private offices in the Departments of La Paz and Santa Cruz, the dA-20 of the month in progress, due to the death of the H. Deputy for the Ichilo, SeA ± or Virgilio Serrate.
ArtA-culo 2o.†" A Commission composed of four senators and nine deputies will preside over the mourning in representation of the National Congress, with the President of the H. CA of Deputies in the act of the funeral.
ArtA-ass 3o.†" The Executive Branch will have the extinguishing the honors that correspond to its high invetida.
