DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" Destânase 10% of the surplus of the Prefecture and Municipality of Cochabamba, thrown in the management of 1946, to meet the needs of the Hospital Viedma of that city.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The sums that the previous article will give the Department and Municipal Treasures of Cochabamba to the Hospital Viedma, is considered as a loan that must be reimbursed by the National Treasury, according to the items that for the attention of the health service of the paA-s, have been included in the General Budget of the Nation.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
