For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" The resources of Item 71 of the Departmental Budget of Chuquisaca destined for the installation of the Spa and Prefectural Hotels are transferred to the conclusion of the works of the Teatro Gran Mariscal Sucre.

ArtA-ass 2o.†" They are destined for the same work The following new resources:

a) The tax on the succession of MarA-to Serrano v. of Pacheco.

b) The superA ¡ vit in the departmental management of Chuquisaca of 1946.

ArtA-culo 3o.†" These rescourses and those created by Supreme Decree of 17 October 1939 and Law of the. December 1944 should be applied immediately to the conclusion of the Grand Marshal Sucre Theatre, to whose end the Prefecture of Chuquisaca will summon proposals at a flat rate for the total of the work with more furniture, tiles and beings.

ArtA-culo 4o.â€" Conclude-do el Teatro, all the resources allocated to it and the performance of it, will be applied A-ntegramente to the installation of Spa and Prefectural Hotels in Chuquisaca.

ArtA-culo 5o.†" establish the following penalties for the offenders to the Law of the. December 1944, which creates resources for the conclusion of the Grand Marshal Theatre Sucre:

a) The owner of the performance of the public, which shall be issued without the stamp referred to in point (d) of the article. of the Law of the. In December 1944, a fine calculated on the value of each entry shall be paid.

(b) The manufacturer or the distributor selling bottles of liqueurs, beer or soda without the stamp referred to in points (a), (b) and (c) of the said Article to be paid a fine of the value of each bottle,

outside the product's comiso.

50% of these fines will be paid to the complainant.
