For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo.†" Otönrgase bank and commercial moratorium in favor of the debtors with outstanding obligations in the city of Trinidad and areas affected by The last flood of the Department of Beni, for the term of six months since the promulgation of this law.
ArtA-ass 2o.†" Exonenrase of the payment of cadastral taxes and on properties, for the term of two years, the agricultural establishments-queues or cattlemen of the Department of Beni who have been affected by the last flood.
ArtA-culo 3o.†" Liberranse of the payment of taxes and municipal patents for the years 1947 and 1948, the urban and suburban properties of the city of Trinidad, that would have been harmed by this flood.
ArtA-culo 4o†" The sale of food items in the capital of Beni, is released from the payment of national, departmental and municipal taxes, for the term of six months since the promulgation of this law.
ArtA-ass 5o.†" For the purposes of the application of the Articles 2o. and 3o. of this law, as for the payments of compensation, the Executive Branch will organize a commission to determine in the areas affected by the flood, the urban and rural properties damaged and the amount of the damage.
ArtA-culo 6o.†" The National Treasury and the Comptroller-General will pay the Departmental Treasury of Trinidad, per semesters advanced and during the period of two years, the grants fixed in the National Budget in favor of the Beni's Departmental Treasure.
