DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1o.†" ModifA-case the item 5o. of the Law of 9 January 1945, in the following form: " Article 5o. For the depreciation of the total cost of the works, the following resources will be used: (a) Each owner benefited from the search for the regated properties, formulated by the General Directorate of the Riegos, annually an account of amortisation of Bs. 350.†" (three hundred and fifty Bolivians oo | 100) per hectare to cover the cost of the work. b) 50% of the plus value-a in the transactions of land included within the cadastration of the properties to benefit with the irrigation. The plus vala-a will be determined on the cadastral value declared according to the Law of 20 October 1944, in addition to the payment fees paid up to the date of the sale, according to point (a). The buyer will continue to pay the redemption fees for the outstanding works.

These funds will be collected by the System Management and will be deposited in the special accounts that the Directorate of Riegos is open in the Central Bank of Bolivia and will be used, invariably, to the depreciation of existing taxes and new taxes to be obtained for the construction of these works and other works of irrigation-or in the rest of the country. In order to guarantee the payment of the write-downs, every owner of land within the irrigation area, will sign a contract with the Directorate of the Riegos, a document that, in addition to guaranteeing the payment of the redemptions, will consolidate the rights of the owner as user of the System, in the terms set out in the respective Regulation. "

ArtA-ass 2o.†"The largest ingreos obtained by the modification of the previous article, will be allocated immediately for an advance with a current account charge up to the sum of Bs. 10,000,000,â€" to be awarded to the Central Bank of Bolivia to the Comité Fiscal of the Agra-cola and RegadA-or, destined later in case of the definition of the Argentine-Bolivian Convention, to the payment of the activities that are obtained for the promotion and the construction of works of irrigation in the paA-s.
