For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull lo.†" The following resources are created to increase the Retirement Fund, Pensions and MontépA-os del Ramo de Justicia:

a) Timbre " Pro-Caja de Retireaciones Court "of value of B. 20.a €" to be used in the first sheet of the demand, judgment, order of sight and of marriage in the trials of divorce; in the first sheet of démarches of retirements, pensions and court-courts and in the car of granting or recognition; in the judgment of any judgment of the declaratory of heirs, and the same stamp of the value corresponding to 1% on monthly salaries, mayore to Bs. 2,000, in all the titles extended for the performance of functions in the Ramo Judicial.

b) Timbre "Pro-Caja de jubilaciones Juanticas" of value of Bs. 5 †" to be used in The Court of Justice of the Court of Justice of the European Court of Justice and the Court of Justice of the European Court of Justice of the European Court of Justice

the European Union consolidated and consolidated in favor of the Fiscus by prescription of the law of November 17, 1923.

d) The annual allocation of the sum of two million bolivianos to be entered in the National Preuposition in payment of the highest sum to be owed by the State to the Judicial Fund.

3o.†" Will be the effects of this law from the year of 1948. All dispositions contrary to this law are hereby repealed.
