GROUNDS.†" All purchased from 1936, in the city of Sucre are declared municipal.

MAMERTO URRIOLAGOITIA

INTERIM PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" It is declared that they belong to the domain of the Municipality of Sucre all land expropriated or purchased from private persons, with funds national or departmental, starting in 1936, and whose destination was the formation, opening or street-level, in execution of the current plan of urbanization in that city.

Article 2o.†" The Municipality of the Capital of the Republic, to make compensations of these lands and others of its domain with lots of private property, in conditions of equivalence, and to sell them in public auction, in order to allow the execution of the mentioned plan of urbanization.

ArtA-ass 3A °.†" Likewise, the Municipality of the Capital of the Republic is authorized, the sale in public auction, of the chalet build-do on the avenues Kilometro Seven and Rosendo Villa of that city, including the adjacent land In the form and extent contemplated in the respective plane.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
