For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull lo.†" The current balance of the percentage that corresponds to the Department of the Beni, coming from the tax collection Succession to the testamentaA-NicolA ¡ s SuA ¡ rez, according to law of 25 November 1940, is intended for the following public works:

a) Contrucciance of the Liceo of SeA ± oritas "Mario Saielli" and School buildings in Trinidad, Bs. 2.037.058.07.

b) Reparation and extension of the buildings of the NicolA ¡ s SuA ¡ rez and Juana Azurduy of Padilla de Riberalta, Bs. 700,000.†"

c) Construction of a school building in GuayaramerA-n, Bs. 200,000â€"

d) Construction of a school building in Villa Bella, Bs. 100,000,â € "

e) Construction of school buildings in Loreto, Santa Ana, San Joaqua-n, Magdalena and Reyes, capital of the Marbà ¡ n, Yacuma, Mamoré, Itálnez and Ballivià n. Beni, Bs. 1.250.000.†"A Bs. 250.000.â€" for each capital,

f) Surplus funds will be invested in the construction of school buildings in Trinidad and Cantonese in the province Cercado.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The resources allocated by this law will be administered by the Public Works respective.
