For the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo 1o.†" DclA ¡ rase en duel la Repáblica, with closure of public offices and private offices in the Departments of La Paz y PotosA-, the day-to-day, by the death of the H. Deputy for PotosA-, SeA ± or Max Calderón Baldivieso.
ArtA-ass 2o.†"A commission composed of four senators and nine deputies, will preside over the mourning in representation of the National Congress.
ArtA-culo 3o.â€" The Lord President of the H. CA of Deputies, will take the floor in the act of the
ArtA-culo 4o.†" The Executive Branch will have the honors that correspond to the high investiture of the extinct.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
