As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1o†" 70% of the existing funds in the Coca Customs of Cochabamba. collected by way of the tax of 6% and 3 ,½% on sale and profits of coca, and those that will be collected in the future for the same concept, -to the continuation and conclusion of the road of cars to the Yungas of the Espa-ritu Saint of Cochabamba, by the route approved by the General Directorate of Viality, Aguirre-Locotal, by Chualaguna, and the percentage of the Treasury of the Board of Owners of the Province of Chapare, for the purposes of its investment according to the Law dated October 26, 1943.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The remaining 30% is intended for the construction of the road road Arani-Totora, by Pocona, until the conclusion of the aforementioned work; create a Comité de Vialidad integrated by a representative for the Capital Arani, a representative of the Carrasco Province and a representative of the Vial District of Cochabamba.
