DECCRETA:
ArtA-cull lo.†" From the resources created by the article 1o. of the Law of 27 November 1945, the sum of two million bolivianos (Bs) was uncovered. 2.000.000†") for the exploitation of the waters of the RA-or Calama, for the service of drinking water and energy-to the power of the town of San Lorenzo; according to the studies carried out by the Direction of the Water of the Tarija.
ArtA-culo 2o.†" virtue of Articles 7 and 8. 9o., of the aforementioned Law, the Executive Branch is authorized the immediate contract of an undertaking up to the sum of two million Bolivians (Bs. 2,000,000,†").
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
