For the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

Article 1o.†" Refuse the article 5. of the Law of the. December 1944, deleting the established limit of 6% of interest for the contract of the undertaking destined for the conclusion of the works of the Theatre Sucre, authorizing the Comité to stipulate the conditions in which it must Float the mentioned undertaking, in the best possible way.
