CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull 1o.†" With the exclusive purpose of increasing the resources of the Road destined for the construction of the road of autos Entre-RA-os Salinas, modify:

a) The A-article 1o. of the law of January 6, 1934 raising the tax set in Bs. 6.†" for each particular truck or car that passes through the road Tarija-Entre RA-os Villa Montes.

b) The article-article (a) of the article. of the Law of 27 November 1945, as regards the road maps issued by the Tra ¡ nsito de Trija office and its dpendences on the route between RA-os-Palos Blancos-Villa Montes.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" These taxes will be allocated From the promulgation of this Law, to the construction of the prenup road of cars between RA-os Salinas, having to be centralized in the Departmental Treasury of Viality, with the intervention of the Provincial Committee of Public Works of O ' Connor.

ArtA-culo 3o.†" With the same aim of making this road effective, the sum of Cien mil Bolivianos (Bs) will be entered in the Viality Budget of the year 1948. € 100,000,â€).

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
