For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

ArtA-culo lo.†" Authorize the Executive Branch to hiring at the Central Bank of Bolivia, a loan for the sum of 5 million bolivianos (Bs. 5,000,000,†") , which will be consolidated with the law authorized by the laws of 11 December 1944 and 13 October 1947, serving for its depreciation the same resources as these laws create.

ArtA-ass 2o.†" The sum of 5,000,000 Bolivia is destined for the acquisition of drugs and machinery for the defense of the city of Trinidad against the floods.

ArtA-culo 3o.†" The Executive Branch will have its technical bodies to study immediately defensive of the Beniana capital and surrounding villages, cleaning and channelling of the RA-s and raise the level of that city.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
