FOR HOW much, the Honorable National Congress, has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-cull lo.â€" Crate at the Department of the Beni the Office of Health and Promotion Livestock, dependent on the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock A-a, whose central participation will work in Trinidad, with agencies in the capitals of provinces and main livestock centers.
ArtA-culo 2A °.†" For the Organisation and operation of the Office of Health and Public Works Beni, the following taxes and resources are created and allocated:
1.a € " Annual allocation of a million Bolivians (Bs. 1,000,000,†") in the Budget of the National Agriculture Service, from the year 1948
2.†"Additional tax of 5% ad valorem for cattle exports in the Beni.
3.a €" 10% surcharge on duties and taxes Tariff quotas for imports of spirits, wines and alcoholic beverages in general, destined for Beni or entering the country by the customs of Villa Bella and GuayaramerA-n.
4.a € "Fifty Bolivians per head of caballar or mular cattle that is exported from the Beni by any of the customs of that Department and Pando
5.a €" Additional tax of ten cents per kilo of fresh, frozen or dried meat which is exported from the Beni.
6.†"Additional tax of five Bolivians for beef or caimA leather and a Bolivian for leather of wild animals that are exported from the Beni.
7.a €" Five Bolivians per bottle of alcohol or drink with alcohol and two Bolivians per bottle of beer consumed in the Beni.
ArtA-culo 3o.†" The taxes on exports will be collected by the National Customs and the consumption and extraction taxes, by the Internal Revenue and Departmental Treasures Offices, according to their legal powers.
ArtA-culo 4o.†"The collection offices will deposit the sums collected at the Agency of the Central Bank of the City of Trinidad monthly, in a special account called" Health and Development of the Beni ".
ArtA-culo 5o.†" The funds created by this law, will not be used for different purposes, and doing so will involve the misuse of public funds, with the responsibilities and punishments that determine the laws in force.
