For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1o.†" E1 27.27 percent of the total amount of the 11 percent participation in the gross petroleum product assigned to the Treasury Department of Santa Cruz by law of July 15, 1938, percentage that the law of 22 of September of the same year for the promotion of river and land links of this Department and of the Beni, will be invested in the construction of the road for automotive vehicles between General Saavedra and Port Watson, on the, rA-or PiraA-, with branch to Cochabamba the RA-or Grande, and reopening of the cattle road that part of this

ArtA-ass 2o.†" For the same construction, it will be fixed in the National Budget, Service of Viality, for the management of 1948, a departure of a thousand Bolivians.

ArtA-culo 3o.†" The percentage referred to in the Article shall be deposited by the Oil-for-tax deposits, from the present year onwards, in a special account to be paid at the Central Bank of Santa Cruz Agency. The National Treasury shall deposit the budget item set out in Article 2 in the same account.

ArtA-culo 4o†"The Ministry of Public Works will convene proposals for the works referred to in this law.

ArtA-culo 5o.â€" Finished the construction of the roads to this law, the funds indicated in the art. lo. Be employed in the construction, conservation and improvement of the Cachuela cattle road to the Beni fields.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
