For the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo.†" AutorA-zase al Comitá© IV Centenario de la Fundació de La Paz, contracting an undertaking of Cien millions de la Paz, bolivianos (Bs. € 100,000,000,€ ") in the Central Bank of Bolivia or another national or foreign bank institution, with an interest rate of not more than 4% a year and a 10% amortisation, for the works that are in this law:
Article 2o.†" For the best the solvency of this undertaking as amended by (e), (h), (i) and (k) of the Law of 29 November 1943 and so. December 1944, in the following terms:
e) Additional patent on mining properties of the Department, of Bs. 4 †" per hectare, without exception.
h) Additional taxes on cigarettes and cigarettes that are consumed in the Department of La Paz, in the following proportion: A Bolivian for each box of foreign cigarettes, being considered as such those that use for their manufactured tobacco imported. Foreign cigars will suffer a 20 percent surcharge on taxes currently in force;
i) Two Bolivians of additional tax per liter of potable alcohol and one Bolivian per liter of spirits, consumed in The Department of Peace;
k) Bs. 25.†"for each bottle of fine imported beverages; (Wisky, Oporto, Cogà ± ac, Champaà ± a and others catalogued in the customs tariff), and Bs. 5,â€" on those of second category A-a.
Article 3o.†" The service of amortisation and interest of this undertaking shall be covered by the resources created by law of 29 November 1943 and 1o. of December 1944.

a) Health Services Extension
and Unique in the city. Loan

ArtA-ass 5o. â€" In the financing, investment and execution of the works of this law, will intervene with the departmental authorities, the deputies of each district.
