For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo.†" To be awarded to the Public Works of the Province "Quijro del Departamento de PotosA" (Department of PotosA), created a Bolivian tax (Bs. 1.†")
tax referred to in the previous articlebe invested in the acquisition of a power plant for Uyuni, construction of a building of Arts and Trades and the Cathedral, reconstruction of the Municipal Hospital and Cantonal Schools.
ArtA-ass 3o.†" The funds raised by this law will be deposited in the Central Bank of Uyuni, in particular, to the order of the Comité which will be organised for the purpose. This tax will be collected by the Uyuni Customs.
ArtA-ass 4A °.†" The Ejcutive Power will regulate this law.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
