For the Honorable National Congress has The following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.â€" GrA ¡ vase with ten cents the litre of gross petroleos that is extracted from the Province of the Great Chaco of the Department of Tarija, with the following destination by successive order:

a) Opening of wells arising and construction of dikes, dams, canals, for the irrigation of areas not included in the studies of regadA-or of Villamontes;

b) Creation of a Farm-Nursery-Livestock-Experimental in El Palmar for the supply of the plants, embryos, pásas, grafts, seeds and cementals to be propagated in the Great Chaco for its industrialization and re-emergence;

c) Funding of two adjacent boarding schools (for men and women) †"also in El Palmarâ€" so that The future farmers will be educated;

d) Other public works favor the development of the indicated Province and the defense of its wealth.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The same charge is created to the liter of crude oil that is extracted from the Province Arce of the Department of Tarija with the next destination

(hereinafter referred to as 'a) Construction of a sub-prefectural house in Padcaya with the capacity to set â€' in such casa†' the Courts, the mail, the telephone and other public offices;

b) Captation of drinking water for the same city;

c) A municipal house and a public market in Padcaya;

d) Construction of the building of the Peasant School of Rochairs;

e) Fiscal and municipal buildings of the second section to be created;

f) Expropriation of the area needed for the development of Chaguaya and construction of a Hotel for tourists and parishioners of such sanctuary.
