CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" The Supreme Decree of 2 February 1942, which creates the Customs of Coca, in the city of Cochabamba, is raised to the rank of Law, with the following modification: From the 1st. From January 1948, it will be reintegrated into the following form: (a) a representative of the Society of the Yungas of Chapare; (b) a representative of the Society of the Yungas of the Vandiola-Tiraque; (c) a representative of the Yungas Society of Carrasco; (d) a representative of the Board of Owners of the Yungas of the Mamamor; (e) a representative of the University "Simón BolA-var" and a representative of the Ministry of Finance in the person of the Department Comptroller.

2o†" The Law of 30 July 1942, which amends the Article 5 (1), is declared in force. of the supraciated Decree of 2 February 1942, which fixes at 15% the percentage for administrative expenses of the referred Customs of Coca.
