DEP Stadium. DE TARIJA. †" Resources are allocated for your construction.



For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:



Article 1o. †" For the construction of the Departmental Stadium of Tarija, according to the approved plans and in the lands that were acquired for this object, the following resources are destined:

a) The 1 | 2 per thousand over all the letter of change and

b) The sum of 0.10 Bolivians per liter of gasoline sold in the Department of Tarija.

c) 1 per thousand (one per thousand) in all writing of transfer of ownership is by sale, alienation, inheritance and any mutation of goods ra-ces within the Department.

d) One per thousand in all credit writing, whatever the guarantee, including bank loans.

e) Tax of 0.10 Bolivians in each letter franked within the Department.

f) The total return of the taxes on alcohols and spirits that are collected in the Department referred to in the Law of May 6, 1941 and Supreme Decree of December 31, 1943.

g) 5% of the total performance of the "Sports Promotion" tax created by Supreme Decree of 9 April 1938, 5 September and 22 June 1938, 9 December 1941 and Decree 1o. from August 1941.

ArtA-arse 2o. †" The National Treasury will issue the corresponding stamps to make the item (a) and item (e) of the Article. with a legend "Pro Estadio Tarija".

ArtA-culo 3o.†"The funds collected according to this law will be deposited with the Agency of the Central Bank of Bolivia in Tarija, in a special account to be called" Estadio ". Departmental and Sports Works " and to the order of the

ArtA-Aculo 4A °.†" The Comitá© Pro-Sports Constructions of Tarija, which will be in charge of the construction of the Departmental Stadium with preference to any other sports work, having attributions to call for proposals and approve those that would be appropriate by signing the respective contracts, invest the accumulated funds and those obtained in compliance with this law;

ArtA-ass 5A °. †" The materials that need to be imported, will not pay any national, departmental, municipal, or customs tax; and for their purpose will be granted the necessary foreign currency, enjoying in the FF. CC. of the paA-s of the reduction of 50% of the income calculated by year.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
