For the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1o.†"Crément to the Treasures of the Universities" TomA ¡ s FrA-as " de PotosA-y Univeridad TA©cnica de Oruro, the following conditions:

a) Tax Additional two Bolivians (Bs. 2. †") (b) Additional tax on the export of minerals, produced in both Departments.

c) Ten percent (10%) on the value of each road-loan ticket sold in both Departments.

d) Bs. 4% on the difference between the current cadastral value and the purchase-sale value of urban and ruse properties located in both Departments. This percentage will be covered when buy-to-sell operations are performed in different departments.

e) Bs. 0.40% on commercial, industrial and mining utilities. Excluded from the payment of this tax are the miners and the merchants and industrialists who rotate with a capital of less than fifty thousand Bolivians.

f) Additional tax of Bs.1.â € " on beer bottle consumed in the Department of PotosA-, with the exception of Oruro.

g) Tax of Bs. 0.20 on packs of cigarettes of national manufacture, except those for manual preparation (torcer cigarettes) and Bs. 1.a € "and 2.â€" respectively, on cigarette packs and Foreign manufacture sheet cigars consumed in both Departments.

h) Tax of Bs. 2% on the amount of wages paid in foreign currency in the Departments of PotosA-and Oruro, for whose settlement the declaration of income will be accepted. The companies and employers will be the agents in charge of forwarding monthly the proceeds to the Univeritarian Treasures of PotosA-and Oruro.
