By How much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull lo.†" Whenever the sale price of the stake is maintained at 77 cents per pound fine, the following taxes shall be imposed for the purposes to be used:

a) $USA. 0.01 (one cent of American dollar) per fine pound of staA ± or which is exported from the paA-s, for the acquisition of clinics, establishment of rest and readaption, farms, sports fields, orthopaedic material and housing, in profit of mining workers in general;

b) $USA. 0.0026 (a quarter of a cent of American dollar) per pound of fine that is exported from the paA-s, for the hiring of foreign technicians and acquisition of scientific material-traffic, destined to the Faculties of Engineering-to Oruro and PotosA-.

ArtA-ass 2o. †"The Central Bank of Bolivia will grant foreign currency accrediting for foreign purchases, up to 25% of the total amount raised by the above concepts.

Article 3o.â€" The resources referred to in point (a) of the Article 1 (1), shall be administered in particular by the Insurance and Workers ' Savings Fund, and those of (b) by the Technical Universities of Oruro and PotosA.
