ArtA-cull lo.†" All funds and balances left over which, by the present year and in 1948, correspond to the construction or conservation of roads in the Dacto Pando, will be used only and exclusively in the work of the road Cobija†" Porvenir and in the acquisition of a tractor and a planer, with more of its associated accessories and spare parts.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" These acquisitions will be made through the Ministry of Public Works and can be delivered to private individuals, under contract, and within the garantA-as and specifications to be agreed upon by such Dispatch.

ArtA-ass 3o.†" The Executive Branch will regulate this Law.
