For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo. †" The Mayor is authorized to the Municipal of Padcaya, Arce Province, of the Department of Tarija, to hire in the Central Bank of Bolivia, or another institution of credit, an undertaking up to the sum of two hundred thousand bolivianos (B. EUR 200,000.â€) with an interest not greater than 4% and a amortisation of 3%, which is intended for several public works of the province, such as:
Expropriations in the village of Padcaya, for the opening of several streets that are intercepted by walls of particular properties, for which the need and public utility of part of these buildings is declared.
For works in the main square and the square Froilà ¡ n Tejerina in said village
For works in the square to the in front of the Church of the Rochairs Cantonese, in current construction.
Work of an Avenue, for the entrance to the Sanctuary of Chaaguaya, located in the Cantonese of the same name, must be made the expropriation that is necessary.
ArtA-ass 2o.†" For garantA-exclusive of said undertaking, is created the following taxes:
a) Four hundred Bolivians (Bs. 400,†") for each saw in the human traccion sawers;
b) Three Bolivians (Bs. 3.†") for each quincal of chancaca to be taken out of Bermejo, Tariqua-a and other points of the province where the article is drawn up:
c) Five Bolivians (Bs. 5.†") for each truck, or car that enters and leaves the village of Padcaya, and its cantons.
ArtA-ass 3o.†"The funds obtained in the loan, will be deposited in the" Municipal Board of Public Works of Padcaya ", and the works will be By administration, or by means of proposals, better suited to the public interest and in accordance with the requirements of the law.
