For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1o.†" The Mayor is authorized to the city of the city of Vallegrande, the construction of a Hotel-Teatro, in the grounds that are of its own property, declare such work of need and utility

ArtA-ass 2o.†" For the execution of that work, the following taxes and surcharges are created, for the term of five years:

a) Bs. 0.50 for each quintal of tobacco exported from the province of Vallegrande;

b) Bs. 0.10 on each litre of chicha produced in the city of Vallegrande;

c) Bs. 3.a € " on each head of bovine cattle to be extracted from the province of Vallegrande;

d) The tax on unbuilt fundos in the city of Vallegrande, in the following scale: Bs. 6,†"annually per linear metre in the first six blocks of the main square and Bs. 3.â€" annually per linear metre, from the sixth block to the urban radius lA-limit;

e) The subdue of Bs. 100,000†" For three consecutive years, the State shall be handed over to the Municipality, with the responsibility of the State Obligations service.

Article 3o. †"The product of the taxes created in the previous article, will be collected by tendering and deposited in the agency of the Central Bank of Bolivia of Vallegrande, in a special account called" Hotel †"Teatro de Vallegrande", to the Mayor's order-to Municipal and with exclusive destination to the indicated work, with the intervention of the Comptroller-a and under the personal responsibility of both officials.
