Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull lo.†" It is released from customs duties and taxes, during a year since the promulgation of this law, the intervention to the machinery and implements intended for the installation dé curtiembres in the departments of Beni and Pando.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" This industry is exempted from the payment of national, departmental and municipal taxes, for five years.

ArtA-ass 3o. †" The Central Bank or Agra-cola will grant loans for the establishment of curtidurA-as in Beni and Pando, with the garanta-as that establishes their credit rating.

ArtA-culo 4o. †"The Executive Branch should grant prior authorizations, for the installation of curtidura-as, with the benefits granted by this law, setting the necessary guarantees.

ArtA-culo 5o.â€" The State may be a shareholder of the companies that are formed for the installation of the curtiembres and their industrial derivatives, and the corresponding Anónínimas Societies must be constituted to the effect with the issuance of actions that are within reach of small capitals with the purpose of participate in the popular input.

ArtA-ass 6o.†" Executive shall regulate this law.
