For the Honorable National Congress has The following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1o.†" The State will grant to poor students of the Department of the Department of PotosA-and from the next year, three scholarships in the Rural Normal of Vacas, two in the Rural Normal of Santiago de Huata, two in the "Pedro Domingo Murillo" school of La Paz and two at the National School of Nurses and Social Visitators. Likewise, they will grant three scholarships or subsidies in the secondary schools of both Cochabamba and Oruro and La Paz.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The respective Ministry, will, in each case, the qualification of methods, on the basis of a the file that the applicants will organize to the effect. The beneficiaries will receive their scholarships until they complete their professional, or secondary, studies; at the end of which, or by suspension of them for reasons of death, abandonment or other reasons, such scholarships, will benefit other students of The same province.
